Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play a Field & Fortune game or use a Field & Fortune account. They're written to be read. By playing or signing in, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Field & Fortune is a games label operated by Merry Year Social Company Limited (MYSC Thailand), Bangkok, Thailand ("we", "us"). These terms cover fieldandfortune.com, our games (including Retro Links and EIGHTEEN) and the Field & Fortune account. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

2. Playing our games

• Our games are currently free to play in your browser. There are no purchases.
• You can play without an account. Progress is then saved only in your browser, on that device.
• Our games are for personal entertainment. Places, people, clubs, tours and businesses in them are fictional, and the in-game money, results and advice are part of the game, not financial or sporting advice.
• Our games are not aimed at children under 13. If you are under 20, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account.

3. Your account

• One Field & Fortune account works across all our games. Sign in with an email you control, or with Google.
• Keep access to your email or Google account secure. Anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.
• Display names must not impersonate someone, mislead, or be offensive. We may change or remove a display name that breaks this rule.
• Tell us at hello@mysc.co.th if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Fair play

Please don't:

• attack, overload or try to break into our services, or other players' accounts or data;
• use bots or scripts to create accounts or flood our sign-in emails;
• exploit bugs to affect other players, or to put false results on shared features such as leaderboards;
• copy, resell or republish our games or artwork, or use them to build a competing service.

Tinkering with your own single-player save on your own device is your business. If you find a security problem, please tell us instead of using it.

5. What's yours, what's ours

The games, code, artwork, names and brands are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to play them. You keep any rights in what you create, such as your display name. You let us store and show it so the games work, for example on leaderboards.

6. Early versions and saves

Our games are early, actively developed versions, labelled as prototypes, betas or version numbers such as v0.0.20. That means:

• Features, balance and rules change often.
• We try hard to keep your progress. Saves still might be reset, migrated or lost, especially local saves when your browser's data is cleared.
• A game may be paused, changed or retired. If we retire a game you play, we'll try to give notice in the game.

7. Responsibility

We provide the games "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise they will always work, be error-free, or keep every save. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer protection law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Closing an account

You can stop playing at any time. To delete your account and its data, open MORE in any of our games and choose Delete account. It is deleted straight away and cannot be undone. You can also email hello@mysc.co.th from the account's address, and we delete it within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we'll explain why.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the games grow. We'll change the date at the top, and we'll point out important changes in our games. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Law and contact
